Description:

This 1956 Packard Patrician is finished in blue over blue and white upholstery and is powered by a 374ci V8 paired with a dual-range Ultramatic transmission. Equipment includes power-assisted steering and brakes, a Torsion-Level suspension system, power-operated windows, a power-adjustable front bench seat, and an AM radio with a power antenna.

The car is finished in blue and features ribbed full-length stainless side moldings, an egg-crate front grille, chrome bumpers, hooded headlights, “cathedral” taillights, rear fender skirts, and dual exhaust outlets that exit through the rear bumper.

Body-color 15″ steel wheels wear chrome covers and are wrapped in Coker Classic whitewall tires. The car is equipped with four-wheel drum brakes as well as Packard's Torsion-Level Ride torsion bar suspension and auto-leveling Load Levelizer system.

The interior is upholstered in blue and white with textured cloth inserts on the seats and door panels. Ribbed lower door panels echo the exterior molding, and amenities include a textured metal dashboard, a power-adjustable front bench seat, front and rear heating/ventilation, power windows, and an AM radio with a power antenna.

Instrumentation includes a 120-mph speedometer and auxiliary gauges. The five-digit odometer shows 52k miles. True mileage is unknown.

The 374ci V8 was factory rated at 290 horsepower and 405 lb-ft of torque and is equipped with a Rochester four-barrel carburetor and chrome valve covers with Packard script.

The dual-range Ultramatic transmission was rebuilt in June 2022.
