Description:

This 1:2 scale model was built in the likeness of the Lotus 97T car driven by Ayrton Senna during the 1985 Formula One season. The replica was constructed utilizing a mix of carbon-fiber and fiberglass, and it wears a #12 gold and black livery. Features include front and rear wings, fiberglass wheels, Goodyear-branded tires, a fixed-back seat, a faux harness, and a three-spoke steering wheel. This 97T-style display model is now offered by the selling dealer at no reserve in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Interior:

The cockpit houses a fixed-back seat fitted with a faux harness. The three-spoke steering wheel fronts a simulated instrumentation sticker. The seller states that the car weighs approximately 70 pounds and measures 85″ long by 39″ wide and 17″ tall.

Exterior:

The Gérard Ducarouge-designed Lotus 97T debuted at the 1985 Brazilian Grand Prix and secured three wins, six further podiums, and eight pole positions by drivers Ayrton Senna and Elio de Angelis. This 1:2 scale replica of the #12 car was constructed using fiberglass and carbon-fiber, and it wears a gold and black Lotus Formula One Team livery with sponsor logos including Goodyear, Olympus Cameras, Elf, and John Player Special. Further details consist of front and rear wings, side mirrors, a roll hoop, side pods, and a rear diffuser.

Drivetrain:

The wheels and tires are constructed with fiberglass, and the latter showcase Goodyear Eagle scripts. The replica suspension is comprised of black double-wishbones with pull-rods.
