Description:
This 1988 Ford Mustang LX notchback spent time in Florida and Colorado before it was acquired by the current owner in 2016, and it was fitted with a 4.6-liter 32-valve V8 crate engine, a Tremec five-speed manual transmission, and Moser final-drive gears in 2020. Repainted in blue over replacement black upholstery, the car also features a cowl induction-style hood, Cobra front fender badges, aftermarket headlight bulbs, a tubular front cradle, aftermarket front lower control arms, Bilstein front struts, split seven-spoke 17″ wheels, air conditioning, a Hurst pistol grip-style shifter, a Kenwood touchscreen stereo, Corbeau front bucket seats, crank windows, power door locks and mirrors, a MOMO steering wheel, a JLT air intake, and a dual exhaust system with Borla mufflers.

Interior:
The Corbeau front bucket seats and the rear bench seat are trimmed in black. Appointments include air conditioning, a Hurst pistol grip-style shifter, a Kenwood touchscreen stereo, crank windows, and power door locks and mirrors. The MOMO steering wheel is trimmed in microsuede, and it fronts a 140-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, and a quartet of auxiliary gauges.

Exterior:
The car left the factory finished in Scarlet Red (2D), and it has been repainted in blue. Features include a cowl induction-style hood, Cobra front fender badges, and aftermarket headlight bulbs. Split seven-spoke 17″ wheels are mounted with 255/40 front and 275/40 rear Nitto NT555R Extreme Drag tires. The suspension has been modified with a tubular front cradle, Bilstein front struts, and aftermarket front lower control arms.

Drivetrain:
The 4.6-liter 32-valve V8 crate engine was installed in 2020, and it is equipped with a JLT air intake as well as a dual exhaust system with Borla mufflers. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Tremec TKO 600 five-speed manual transmission.
