This 2021 Honda Civic Type R is #003 of 600 Limited Edition examples produced for the US market, all of which were finished in Phoenix Yellow over a black and red interior and powered by a turbocharged 2.0-liter inline-four paired with a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. Limited Edition equipment consists of specially tuned suspension, recalibrated steering, and lightweight 20″ BBS forged wheels, and additional equipment includes aerodynamic bodywork, a rear wing, cruise control, LED headlights, and infotainment with smartphone connectivity. This Civic Type R now has just 40 miles and is offered by the selling dealer in Florida with manufacturer's literature, a window sticker, a clean Carfax report, and a clean North Carolina title.

The exterior is finished in Phoenix Yellow (Y-56) with black chrome trim and red accents, and features a black-painted roof. Additional exterior equipment includes LED headlights, fog lights, a front splitter, a hood scoop, fender vents, a rear diffuser, a rear wing, and a trio of center-mounted exhaust outlets. Matte black-finished 20″ forged BBS wheels are mounted with 245/30 Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires, and stopping power is provided by four-wheel disc brakes with red-painted four-piston Brembo calipers up front. The Type R suspension features stiffer springs, bushings, and anti-roll bars compared to the base Civic, and the suspension and steering systems were recalibrated for the Limited Edition.

The cabin features sport seats upholstered in red cloth with black accents, while the black dashboard is accented by carbon-weave trim and red highlights. Amenities include dual-zone automatic climate control, keyless entry, cruise control, push-button ignition, an aluminum shift knob, and an infotainment system with navigation, smartphone compatibility, and a twelve-speaker sound system. Limited Edition examples are not equipped with a rear wiper, rear cargo cover, or rear heat ducts, and are fitted with less noise insulation materials than the standard Type R.

The steering wheel is trimmed in red and black leather and frames a digital speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. The digital odometer indicates just 40 miles.
The turbocharged 2.0-liter inline-four features VTEC variable valve timing and was rated at 306 horsepower with 295 lb-ft of torque from the factory. Power is sent to the front wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential.
