Description:
This 1990 Ford Mustang Saleen is #30 of 256 Saleen Mustangs produced in 1990 and is said to be one of a handful that were modified with the Impressor Stage II package at John Bleakley Ford in Lithia Springs, Georgia. The Impressor Stage II package added JBA long-tube headers, a Dynomax exhaust system, an ECU tune, and a 65mm throttle body along with a Ford Motorsport camshaft, SVO roller rocker arms, an SSC-style roll bar, and subframe connectors. Powered by a 5.0-liter V8, the car is also equipped with an upgraded Borg Warner T5 transmission, an aluminum driveshaft, a 4.10:1 ring and pinion, and an Auburn heavy-duty limited-slip differential. Has the Saleen correspondence and wheel center caps, an owner card, an accident-free Carfax report, and a clean Florida title.

The car was refinished in black and fitted with replacement white rocker panel stripes under previous ownership. A “Saleen” banner spans the windshield, and a decal on the model-specific front bumper cover identifies this car as #30 of the Saleen Mustang examples produced for the model year. Additional exterior details include a rear wing, power-adjustable side mirrors, and dual polished exhaust tips.
Saleen 16″ five-lug wheels with body-color spokes and polished lips are wrapped in 225/50 front and 245/50 rear BFGoodrich g-Force Sport Comp-2 tires. A set of Saleen-logo wheel center caps is included in the sale. KYB AGX manually adjustable shocks and struts have been installed, and stopping power is provided by four-wheel disc brakes.

The bolstered Flofit front bucket seats and the rear bench are upholstered in two-tone gray fabric. An SSC-style roll bar was installed as part of the Impressor Stage II package, and additional interior appointments include air conditioning, cruise control, an Alpine CD stereo, and power windows and locks
The 5.0-liter V8 sends power to the rear wheels through an upgraded Borg Warner T5 transmission, a 4.10:1 ring and pinion, and an Auburn heavy-duty limited-slip differential. Additional modifications installed as part of the Impressor Stage II package include:

A Ford Racing aluminum driveshaft, a mass air flow (MAF) signal converter box, and a Cobra air intake were installed under previous ownership. The catalytic converters and smog pump have been removed.
