Description:

This 1989 Ford Mustang GT is powered by a 6.0-liter LSX V8 that is fitted with an On3 Performance turbo kit and linked to a 4L80E four-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential. The car is finished in metallic blue and the interior was re-trimmed with gray cloth upholstery. There are a host of modifications to this beauty, so read below for all the details!

Interior:

The cabin features front seats and a rear bench that were reupholstered in gray cloth. Amenities include air conditioning, a Kenwood touchscreen head unit, a B&M shifter, and power windows and door locks. An Optima battery is mounted in the hatch. The two-spoke steering wheel frames a configurable Holley digital instrument cluster with a 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and readouts for boost pressure, fuel pressure, coolant temperature, and oil pressure.

Exterior:

The car was factory-finished in red and was refinished in metallic blue under prior ownership. Details include a Cervini's Cobra-style hood, aftermarket fog lights, GT-specific bodywork, a rearview camera, and a raised rear spoiler.

Drivetrain:

The 6.0-liter LSX V8 is fitted with an On3 Performance turbo kit utilizing a Forced Performance 72/75 turbocharger. Additional equipment includes a Texas Speed camshaft and valve springs, a Holley EFI system, a front-mounted intercooler, tubular exhaust headers, an LSX-branded radiator shroud and coil covers, and an aluminum radiator with an electric cooling fan. The intake manifold cover features a snake and skull airbrushed motif. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a 4L80E four-speed automatic transmission that is said to have been fitted with a PTC 10″ torque converter and linked to a narrowed rear axle with a limited-slip differential. A stainless-steel exhaust system with BBK mufflers is installed. Multi-piece Aodhan 18″ wheels feature bronze-finished centers and polished lips and wear 245/40 Mickey Thompson Street Comp front and 285/40 Goodyear Eagle F1 rear tires. A Team Z front K-member and tubular A-arms are installed along with a 417 Motorsports subframe and QA1 rear shocks. Stopping power is provided by unassisted four-wheel disc brakes. The power steering system has been removed.
