Description:

This 1989 Ford Mustang LX hatchback has been repainted red over gray cloth upholstery, and it is powered by a 302ci V8 paired with a five-speed manual transmission. Additional equipment includes aftermarket exhaust components, 16″ Pony alloy wheels, a limited-slip differential, and a domed hood with pins as well as a rear spoiler, air conditioning, power windows and door locks, and a Pioneer CD stereo.

Interior:

The cabin features articulated front seats and a rear bench upholstered in gray cloth. Amenities include air conditioning, a Pioneer CD stereo, and power windows and door locks. The two-spoke steering wheel frames an 85-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 5,800-rpm redline as well as gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, voltage, and fuel level.

Exterior:

The car has been repainted red and features a fixed antenna, a rear spoiler, and a domed hood with pins.

Drivetrain:

The 302ci V8 was factory rated at 225 horsepower and 300 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. The car is fitted with aftermarket exhaust components, and the rear axle features 3.73:1 gearing. The 16″ Pony alloy wheels are mounted with a mixed set of BFGoodrich and Mickey Thompson tires. Standard equipment included a Handling Suspension Package featuring variable-rate springs and a Quadra-Shock rear setup along with power-assisted rack-and-pinion steering. Braking is handled by power-assisted front discs and rear drums.
