Description:

This 2001 Mercedes-Benz SL600 is finished in Brilliant Silver Metallic over Black Nappa leather and is powered by a 6.0-liter M120 V12 paired with a five-speed automatic transmission. Equipment includes the Sport and AMG Styling Packages, a removable hardtop, a power-operated black soft top, AMG Monoblock 18″ wheels, an Adaptive Damping suspension, heated and power-adjustable seats, automatic climate contro, and a Bose sound system.

Interior:

The heated and power-adjustable seats are upholstered in Black Nappa leather, and burl wood accents the door panels and center console. Appointments include automatic climate control, cruise control, seat position memory, a deployable roll bar, a CD stereo, a Bose sound system, and a telephone located in the center console. The leather- and wood-trimmed steering wheel fronts a 160-mph speedometer flanked by a 7k-rpm tachometer, a clock, and gauges for coolant temperature, oil temperature, fuel economy, and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 27k miles.

Exterior:

The car is finished in Brilliant Silver Metallic (744) and features a matching removable hardtop as well as a power-operated black soft top. Additional exterior equipment includes xenon headlights, fog lights, fender air vents, a wind deflector, the Sport Package, and the AMG Styling Package which added revised bumper covers and aerodynamic side skirts. Evidence of paintwork on the front bumper and rear quarter panel, and the right-side front bumper cover bracket is broken.

Drivetrain:

The 6.0-liter M120 V12 was factory rated at 389 horsepower and 420 lb-ft of torque. The battery was replaced in preparation for the sale. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed automatic transmission. AMG Monoblock 18″ wheels are mounted with 245/40 front and 275/35 rear Kumho Ecsta PA51 tires. The car features a self-leveling suspension with an Adaptive Damping System (ADS), and stopping power is provided by four-wheel disc brakes with black calipers.
